This role is ideal for someone with the expertise and communication skills to lead by example, collaborate effectively, and drive continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be integral to delivering excellence in patient care.

Minimum requirement: 3 years’ clinical lab experience and HCPC registration.

Key Duties
– Perform a full range of advanced embryology procedures (ICSI, embryo culture, cryopreservation, embryo transfer preparation).
– Act as a role model, demonstrating precision, accountability, and patient-first values.
– Lead in quality management and continuous improvement initiatives.
– Mentor and support junior colleagues in their development.
– Collaborate closely with clinicians, nurses, and counsellors to provide holistic care.
– Contribute to audits, compliance, and laboratory governance.
– Stay current with advances in embryology and fertility innovation.

Skills & Experience
– Minimum 3 years’ experience in an HFEA-licensed fertility lab.
– HCPC registration (essential).
– Proven competence in advanced techniques (ICSI, vitrification).
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Experience mentoring or training others.
– Commitment to continuous improvement and evidence-based practice.
– Strong leadership qualities with patient care at the core.
