Our package includes a detailed semen analysis, a free 30-minute consultation with our fertility nutritionist and a personalised doctor-written report with practical next steps. Page Guide

We understand that fertility treatment can be a complex and emotional journey. Our team is dedicated to providing you with all the information and support you need throughout the process.

    Male fertility testing

Male fertility testing: how does it work?

Our male fertility test goes beyond semen analysis alone. It’s designed to give you a full picture of your reproductive health, combining medical insight with lifestyle support so you know exactly where you stand and what steps you can take next.

Semen analysis is the first part of the test. This looks at the number of sperm, how well they move, whether they move forward as they should, and how many are the right shape. If any results fall outside the typical range, it doesn’t necessarily mean you can’t conceive. It may simply mean conception could take longer, and there are many ways we can help improve fertility through treatment and lifestyle changes.

Your package also includes a personalised doctor-written report and a consultation with our fertility nutritionist. This means you’ll receive tailored advice that considers your overall wellbeing as well as your test results.

To get the most accurate results, we recommend waiting between two and seven days after your last ejaculation before giving your sample. When the time comes, you can provide it discreetly in a private room at one of our clinics, or from the comfort of home if that feels easier for you.

    At-home male fertility testing

If you’d prefer the comfort and privacy of testing at home, we also offer the option to carry out your semen analysis with an at-home kit. Your kit will arrive with clear instructions on how to conduct the test and return it to the lab for professional analysis.

*We use Mojo and The Doctors Laboratory to fulfil our at-home tests. When purchasing an at-home kit you authorise us to share your personal contact details.

Is male fertility testing right for me?

There are many reasons men choose to have a fertility test. Some seek answers after trying to conceive without success, while others want reassurance before starting treatment or planning for the future.

Male fertility testing may be especially helpful if:

    • You’ve been trying for a baby for a year (or six months if your partner is over 35) without conceiving
    • You’ve experienced difficulties with fertility treatment in the past
    • You’d like to check your fertility health before starting a family
    • You’re curious about how your lifestyle could be affecting your sperm health

Testing can also be valuable if you’re a single man or in a same-sex relationship and want to understand your fertility before starting your journey to parenthood.

Whatever your reason, our team will take the time to listen and understand your situation. If your results show that extra support could help, we’ll guide you through the options available and explain the next steps clearly.
