He’s back! Santa is heading to Wickford At Christmas 2021

It has been a somewhat lonely existence for Santa in recent times having to isolate in the North Pole with only his reindeer for company.  

But now he is excitedly dusting down his sleigh in readiness for making the long journey south to this year’s Wickford At Christmas Street Fair.  Santa’s VIP appearance is being sponsored once again by Bourn Hall – something which has become an annual tradition (last year’s lockdown Christmas excluded of course). 

The Wickford At Christmas street fair is being held on Sunday 28 November in Wickford Town Centre – Santa will be leading the parade through the town starting at 12 noon from the railway bridge on the way to his grotto where he will spend the afternoon meeting families – some of them Bourn Hall ones! The street fair promises an afternoon of shopping and entertainment – with former X-Factor contestant Che Chesterman making a guest appearance and switching on the Christmas lights. 

Bourn Hall opened its state-of-the-art clinic in Wickford town centre in 2018 and has fast become an integral part of the local community. In the last year the clinic has transformed the way it works and strengthened its team so that patients from Essex, Suffolk and north and east London can make up for time lost in their fertility journey as a result of the pandemic.
